Appraising a home was heading to the local tax office with a book in hand to find home sales and manually doing everything. Customer services was hand delivering all appraisals to your clients. I was the President of M.E. Hayes Appraisals for over 14 years and still carry an Appraisers License in Georgia. Being your Realtor I have strong skills and knowledge in analyzing real estate markets which is most important as to when you need to buy and sell your home. Listings are my specialty in leveraging your home to get the best outcome. I also have knowledge of most areas of Metro Atlanta as I have been a preferred Appraiser/Realtor of choice for most major banking facilities, smaller lending institutions, credit unions and builders.
