Brad grew up visiting Atlanta from his native hometown of Brentwood, Tennessee and always dreamed of moving to the south's hottest city. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University in Business and Enterprise Management and first moved to Atlanta in the Summer of 2011 with a job offer from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. After launching a successful career in luxury hospitality, Brad took his skills to nonprofit management at The Woodruff Arts Center in the Midtown Neighborhood of Atlanta. Brad brings six years of luxury hospitality and nonprofit management to his real estate relationships and uniquely focuses on identifying the needs of his clients. Brad's knowledge and understanding of people quickly allows him to manage the nuances of negotiating real estate transactions. He credits his ability to think critically through complex situations to having successfully managed complex logistical concerns, high expectation clients, and asset protection in his former careers.Brad is a multi-million dollar producing member of Atlanta REALTORS' Association and has been awarded amongst the 2021 Top 5% of all Atlanta Realtors for volume sold as well as individual units sold.
