As Team Leader of Keller Williams First Atlanta, John Mark oversees the market center and coaches agents in growing their real estate businesses to the levels they desire. He is passionate about providing agents with actionable information and mentorship that advances their professional and personal growth. John Mark also collaborates with the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) so the office can increase productivity. Prior to joining First Atlanta in 2017, John Mark co-opened and led the Keller Williams Johnson City market center. Within two years, he’d helped raise the center’s profitability by roughly 120%, making it the most profitable in its market. Under his management, the office also became first in its market for agent count and production. Additionally, he ran operations for The Colin and Carly Group - Keller Williams Johnson City. John Mark began applying his love of optimization to the real estate industry in 2009 when he joined Keller Williams Johnson City (also known as Keller Williams Realty of the Tri-Cities) in his home state of Tennessee. First a REALTOR® and instructor helping agents learn to apply lessons from “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”, John Mark later became a member of the market center’s ALC and Team Leader. Always willing to try something new, he also opened a real estate management company and built The Woodard Real Estate Group, a team in eastern Tennessee he’s led since 2014.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in business, John Mark cherishes the title of “Dad” more than anything else. Outside the office, he loves being with his sons, Smith, Ellis, and Fisher, and furthering his health and fitness goals.
