This integral position will be responsible for creating and nurturing a dynamic community of real estate agents who specialize in luxury properties. Key Responsibilities:

Community Building:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to cultivate a strong and supportive community of luxury-focused real estate agents within Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta.
Organize exclusive events, masterclasses, and networking opportunities that promote knowledge-sharing, relationship-building, and synergy among luxury agents.

Agent Development:

Design and implement innovative programs to elevate the skills, expertise, and professional growth of luxury agents.
Provide personalized mentorship, guidance, and resources to empower agents to excel in the competitive luxury market

Client Services Excellence:

Collaborate with luxury agents to develop tailored marketing strategies, branding, and client engagement tactics that resonate with high-net-worth clientele.
Ensure agents have access to top-notch resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Partnerships and Outreach:

Forge strategic partnerships with high-end brands, luxury service providers, and influencers to enhance the value proposition for luxury agents and their clients.
Represent Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta at relevant luxury-focused events and forums.

Promotion and Marketing:

Develop compelling marketing campaigns and materials that spotlight the advantages of joining the luxury community within Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta.
Leverage digital platforms and media to showcase success stories and position luxury agents as industry leaders.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to the growth and engagement of the luxury community.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, luxury sales, community development, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and success.
