Position Overview:

The Director of Productivity is a leadership role responsible for driving agent productivity, production growth, and overall team performance within the Market Center. This individual will build, lead, and sustain a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, training, and one-on-one development. The Director of Productivity partners closely with leadership to ensure agents are supported, productive, and aligned with the standards and models that drive consistent business success.This role is ideal for a dynamic, growth-minded leader who is passionate about agent development, culture building, and helping real estate professionals achieve higher levels of production and income.

What will you do?

You will lead the productivity ecosystem within the Market Center by recruiting, coaching, training, and developing agents at all production levels. You will create and implement systems that increase agent production, strengthen accountability, and accelerate agent success.You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the agent population and providing structured coaching pathways that move agents from early production to high-performance, cap-level status.

Essential Duties & ResponSibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new and existing agents into productivity pathways
  • Lead and facilitate productivity coaching programs (including group and one-on-one coaching)
  • Drive accountability through structured goal setting, tracking, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership to support Market Center growth and profitability goals
  • Conduct regular coaching appointments with agents to support production targets
  • Build and maintain a culture of productivity, collaboration, and results
  • Track agent performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support training initiatives, including scripts, systems, and lead generation strategies
  • Partner with leadership on retention strategies for productive agents
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with coached agents
  • Model Keller Williams systems, models, and cultural expectations in all interactions

Management Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Productivity Coaching Program(s) within the Market Center
  • Provide direction, accountability, and support for participating agents
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Market Center leadership on productivity standards
  • Ensure consistent implementation of coaching curriculum and accountability systems
  • Influence agent behavior through coaching, leadership, and performance management

Communications / Interactions

This role requires strong interpersonal communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and motivate agents toward consistent action and measurable results.

  • Market Center Team Leader and leadership team
  • Agents across all production levels (newly licensed to top producers)
  • Productivity coaching cohorts and accountability groups
  • Administrative and training staff as needed
  • Regional leadership and Keller Williams network (as applicable)

Knowledge / Skills

  • Strong background in real estate sales, coaching, or leadership development
  • Deep understanding of Keller Williams models, systems, and culture preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and influence high-performance behavior
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and relational leadership abilities
  • High accountability mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze production metrics and translate them into action plans
  • Experience in training, mentorship, or team leadership roles
  • Passion for helping others grow production, income, and professional confidence
