Productivity Coach

Position Overview:

The Productivity Coach is responsible for coaching, training, and developing real estate agents to increase their production and build sustainable, profitable businesses. This role is centered on accountability, skill development, and consistent execution of proven models and systems.The Productivity Coach plays a critical role in driving agent success by providing structured coaching, high-level support, and ongoing accountability within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. This individual is passionate about helping agents take action, stay consistent, and achieve measurable results.

What will you do?

You will work directly with agents to improve production through coaching, accountability, and skill-building. Your focus will be on helping agents implement lead generation strategies, strengthen conversion skills, and maintain consistent business habits.You will coach both individuals and groups, reinforcing Keller Williams models and ensuring agents stay engaged in activities that lead to income-producing results.

Essential Duties & ResponSibilities

Coach agents through structured productivity programs and accountability systems
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on business planning, lead generation, and conversion
Facilitate group coaching, training sessions, and productivity meetings
Help agents set, track, and achieve production and income goals
Support agents in implementing lead generation systems and daily success habits
Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing feedback and course correction
Reinforce Keller Williams models, scripts, and systems in daily coaching
Identify gaps in agent performance and create action plans for improvement
Encourage consistent activity levels aligned with production goals
Collaborate with leadership to support agent growth and retention strategies
Maintain accurate coaching records, tracking progress and outcomes

Management Responsibilities

May oversee assigned coaching cohorts or productivity groups
Provide structured accountability for agents within assigned programs
Ensure consistent participation and engagement in coaching initiatives
Report agent progress, challenges, and wins to Productivity leadership
Support implementation of Market Center productivity standards and expectations

Communications / Interactions

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence behavior, and a consistent presence in coaching environments.

Real estate agents at all production levels (new agents to experienced producers)
Director of Productivity and Market Center leadership team
Productivity coaching groups and training cohorts
Administrative and training support staff
Occasional interaction with regional or KW network leadership

Knowledge / Skills

Strong understanding of real estate sales and lead generation strategies
Coaching, training, or mentorship experience preferred
Familiarity with Keller Williams models, systems, and scripts (or willingness to learn quickly)
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Strong accountability mindset with a results-driven approach
Ability to break down complex business concepts into actionable steps
Experience with goal setting, tracking, and performance coaching
High emotional intelligence and ability to support agents through challenges
Strong organizational skills and consistency in follow-through
