Michael, son of our MCA Terry New, is a true master-of-all-trades—especially when it comes to data and technology. A former Assistant Market Center Administrator and Market Center Administrator (MCA) for The Rawls Group, he is now Director of Data Science, providing information management, plus financial and technical assistance. Additionally, Michael oversees the MCA Hub and supports all MCAs. He’s an expert at using technology to enhance efficiency and reimagining tedious processes. Previously part of the Terrace 24 Realty leadership team and a freelance technology consultant, Michael has created numerous tools used by Keller Williams market centers nationwide. When not applying his creativity to envision solutions to make people’s lives easier, the Georgia Tech graduate enjoys hiking, woodworking, building contraptions, and relaxing with his dogs.
