Kara’s entrepreneurial spirit and wealth of experience in growing people and their businesses are at the core of her leadership style. Kara’s career began in luxury retail with Nordstroms, Fred Segal and Giorgio Armani. She was then recruited to turn around a retail business and within one year she took the business from being $500K upside down to being profitable.

In 2016, Kara decided to run her own business and found success in the real estate industry as a top producing agent at KW Peachtree Road. Kara’s great desire to grow others led her into a leadership role where she served as the Assistant Team Leader at KW Peachtree Road for 1.5 years. Kara’s strong leadership skills created the opportunity for her to join Gary Keller and Jay Papasan at KWRI The One Thing where she was responsible for corporate training, certification, and strategic growth. As an executive coach and consultant to CEO’s and C-suite leaders of Fortune 50 companies, Kara’s leadership and relationships directly contributed to a 70% growth of the business.

In 2021, Kara joined KWFA as the Assistant Team Leader where her focus has been on growing Top Producers and helping our agents create wealth and profit share. Kara’s talent in building strong relationships and partnering with servant-hearted entrepreneurs and business owners has greatly contributed to KWFA’s recruiting and retention efforts.

Most importantly, Kara embodies KW’s mission to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, and legacies worth leaving.

Fun Facts: Kara is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, loves dancing, and has been married to her husband Justin for 8 years. They share a beautiful four year old daughter, Isabella, who also loves dancing and playing dress-up with her mom.
