In addition to bringing energy, plus strong relationship-building skills to her position, Kara is also a gifted teacher. Previously, she was an executive coach for The ONE Thing, a program designed to revolutionize how people accomplish tasks and based on a book written by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan. Still a trainer and ambassador for the Keller Williams-affiliated brand, Kara has coached C-suite leaders of Fortune 50 companies, such as FedEx. She is also the creator of a teaching certification for The ONE Thing, which she holds as well.

The culture that convinced Kara to become part of The Rawls Group family in 2016 is the kind she works to cultivate as an Assistant Team Leader. Before filling the role at First Atlanta, she was Assistant Team Leader of Keller Williams Peachtree Road, where she sat on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for three years beforehand. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® and following in the footsteps of her mother, who is a real estate agent in South Africa, Kara excelled in retail management. Since graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2007, her career has heavily involved training and customer service. After a busy day of pouring into others, Kara loves spending time with her husband, Justin, and daughter, Isabella. Her pastimes also include dancing and diving into her next great read.
